We would welcome your views and experiences of cancer services in the region. However, if you wish to raise an issue or concern that requires an individual response, please contact the organisation involved in your treatment and care directly. Alternatively you can contact PALS or Healthwatch.

By providing feedback you are consenting to us using this to inform the development of cancer services across the region. Be assured all feedback will be anonymised when collated.

From time to time we add additional surveys to our website when seeking feedback on specific services or looking to introduce new / changes to services.
