We are the voice of cancer patients in the North East and North Cumbria, working with anyone impacted by a cancer diagnosis.
We facilitate collaboration between health professionals and patients and their carers. Made up of volunteers, patients, carers, and health professionals with an interest in ensuring the best possible quality of care and support for cancer patients and their family and friends.
Listening to the stories of people impacted and spread the word about cancer services, Carrying out fieldwork and engagement events in local communities, Documenting feedback and discussing themes with those that can influence and make change happen. Attending Locality meetings in each local area to represent the patient voice and take feedback from cancer services.
We have established a structure for collaboration across the whole of the North East and North Cumbria and within the 4 regions shown on the map.
